The working principle of diaphragm metering pump:
The motor drives the worm by the coupling and decelerates the worm wheel to make the spindle and eccentric wheel rotate, and the eccentric wheel drives the tappet to make reciprocating movement in the guide cylinder. Together with the diaphragm, a vacuum is gradually formed in the pump chamber through the action of the check valve, and the suction valve is opened to inhale the liquid; When the diaphragm moves forward to the dead point, the suction valve is closed, the discharge valve is opened, and the liquid is discharged under the push of the diaphragm. In the pump by adjusting a certain stroke of the reciprocating also work to form a continuous pressure, quantitative discharge liquid.
Diaphragm pump is mainly composed of two parts:
Transmission part and diaphragm cylinder head. The transmission part is a driving mechanism that drives the diaphragm to and fro, and its transmission forms are mechanical transmission, hydraulic transmission and pneumatic transmission. One of the more widely used is hydraulic transmission. The working part of the diaphragm pump is mainly composed of the crank connecting rod mechanism, the plunger, the cylinder, the diaphragm, the pump body, the suction valve and the discharge valve, etc. The driving mechanism composed of the crankshaft, the connecting rod, the plunger and the cylinder is very similar to the reciprocating plunger pump.
