Product Description

Meibao self priming pump is widely used in pharmaceutical wastewater treatment, factory waste gas, sewage testing, wastewater transportation, sewage treatment and other industries

The principle of an idle self priming pump is to transport liquid using the centrifugal force
generated by the rotation of the impeller.A new cooling circulation system is added,and
the internal circulation takes the impeller as the power to form a self circulation channel.The main function is to use the water source in the pump body to conduct the mechanical seal inspection when there is liquid medium in the pump body Circulation cooling,effective protection of mechanical seals.The external circulation adopts special cooling liquid of pump based on ASTM standard ,using the principles of thermodynamics,forms a self circulating mechanism to achieve the purpose of circulating cooling and protect the mechanical seal.The cooling box is made of FRPP acid and alkali resistant material and integrally molded by injection molding.It broke the traditional self priming pump without idling,burning the machine seal,liquid leakage,polluting the environment,and increasing maintenance costs problem.

1. Corrosion-resistant pump, self-priming barrel and pump body connected into one body molding, no welding point, not easy to leak; Higher strength, longer life;
2. Corrosion-resistant raw materials, acid and alkali resistance, strong alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, FRPP and PVDF materials;
