Instructions:
As the filtration method of the traditional filter will gradually increase over time, the pressure will gradually increase, the liquid passing rate will become lower, and the filter paper and filter element attenuation rate will be between 0% and 100% under normal circumstances.(Example: when the rated flow rate is 30T/h and the attenuation rate is 0%, the actual flow rate is 30T/h* (1-0%) =30T/h; when the rated flow rate is 30T/h and the attenuation rate is 96%, the actual flow rate is 30T/h* (1-96%) =1.2T/h)The cumulative total flow algorithm is as follows: {maximum flow + maximum flow * (1- flow attenuation rate during filter cleaning)} /2* daily running time (h) * continuous running days (d) = cumulative total flow. |
